I finally decided to buy some Indian corn.
Anything miniature is obviously irresistible and a must have.
The corn above to the left is called strawberry corn. How cute - I can see why.
The white corn on the right didn't have a label, but it has the biggest and coolest kernels I've ever seen and I fell in love with it.
I'm wondering why it's called Indian corn and not Native American corn?
The variety of kernel color is so big...
...that it makes the decision on which ones to purchase very hard.
But I settled for the "three pack" above, for now.
I lowered the wire a bit, and fringed (or shredded) the husks and put a bow on it.
